FOREIGN STAFF PROPOSAL 2010

TEZ TOUR Company is operating for more than 15 years in CIS countries and is considered to be one of the biggest in tourism industry.
TEZ TOUR is also operating in Greece for 3 years with great success in the islands of Crete, Rhodes and Corfu, where branch offices provides integrated local services.
Due to the expected expansion of TEZ TOUR operation in Greece a sufficient number of staff is required.

Skills

Languages: English, Russian or Estonian or Lithuanian (reading and writing skills). Driving license is welcomed. Experience in International Company is welcomed also.

Terms & conditions

• Contract lengths from the beginning of April till the end of September – Middle of October.
• We provide transportation in our costs, from the country of origin to the working place destination. In case of break of the contract the cost of return ticket is not covered.
• We offer accommodation in maximum three bedded accommodation.
• Meal offered at the hotels we work with. In case this is not applicable, we offer food compensation 100 € per month.
• Company Car or Motorbike is available if company consider this necessary.
• Before the commencement of work with the company by Employee, to introduce Employee to the job and working conditions, internal working regulations, occupational safety, safety regulations and other regulations that are important for the job in question; to provide professional training for Employee whenever possible.
• One month trial period for Employee, during which it will be defined whether Employee meets the requirements of the position. If the Employee fails during the trial period the cost of return ticket will be covered from the company.
• Full material responsibility for any losses that Employer may suffer due to Employee’s actions during the performance of his/her duties, unless Employer’s instructions caused the losses.
• Employee’s duty: To exercise prudent approach towards Employer’s money and other assets that are in use or management of Employee, and assume full material responsibility in case of a loss or damage to said money or assets.

Payments
Excursions Escorts

• We offer monthly basic salary of 500 € plus Insurance in the origin country.
•  Basic salary might be increased according to the employee’s skills.
• An escort fee will be granted according to performance.

Students

• We offer monthly salary of 350 € plus Insurance in the origin country.
• Basic salary might be increased according to the employee’s skills.
